Ahmed Medical Complex prides itself in providing high-quality care to patients. If you have any feedback, suggestion or complaint regarding our services, please let us know by voicing your opinion with one of our administration staff, filling the feedback form, or registering your complaint in the complaint register available with the Reception / Front Desk.
Inpatients are encouraged to complete the Patient Suggestion and Feedback Form provided to them either during their admission or at discharge. The information received about patient’s experiences during their stay is extremely useful in identifying areas requiring improvement and those that are working well.
If you have not received one of these surveys during your admission, please ask our staff for one.
